The late Peter Drucker, the greatest management thinker ever, influenced the thinking of leaders of every type of enterprise for over 60 years. He is the author of the classic book, The Effective Executive.


Drucker famously said in a Harvard Business Review article, Managing Oneself,


“Success in the knowledge economy comes to those who know themselves, their motivators, and how they best operate.” I think he was saying we must Discover Our Talent.
